Chantal has worked with us for over one year when we started this process in Pennsylvania. She literally showed us 20+ homes in a 24-hour period. Chantal did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. Mine was a tricky situation. I was moving across the state and had to sell my house quickly, but I wasn't able to list until after I moved. Chantal let the cleaners in, showed them what needed to be done and went back to make sure they did a good job. She also did some staging to accentuate selling points. This was my first time selling so I didn't know what was going to be required. Chantal walked me through everything. She made suggestions and allowed me to make final decisions (i.e. listing price). My house was only on the market for two weeks when I got an offer that I ended up accepting. There wound up being a snag on the buyer's end but we weren't getting much help from their realtor. Chantal did a lot of digging to figure out what the hold up was. Because of Chantal's diligence and hard work, the closing was only delayed by a few days. If I had to do it again, I would absolutely ask Chantal to be my realtor again.

Within 60 days we got a response and wet to contract.  Chantal worked closely with the seller to meet their needs with extra time they needed to find a home to move into.
